That's me finished my exams from today! Was a lot of stress due to various reasons but things worked out and now glad it's over and can relax a bit.
I've not been as involved on here as I'd like to be but now I can be on here more and dedicate more attention on here.

I’ve just come out to my parents
I don’t know how this is going to come out, but I’ve just come out to my parents.
And this is what I need to tell you
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know something, as some of you may be aware I’ve been struggling to come out to my mum recently and my dad, I’ve just plucked up the courage to come out to my mum by telling her that I fancied this guy, but it was a nice conversation opener, we discussed it and she is now crying about it, I don’t quite know how to take it, I now kind of feel likeB it’s the wrong decision. Is this a normal feeling to have?
And this is what I need to tell you

The butterfly
Hey guys thank you for your feedback on my poems. I hope you don’t mind me posting again. This one is a little more positive and I hope you will understand the meaning behind it.
The butterfly
Butterfly buttery please let me know
How did you get you wings with their beautiful colours on show?
The butterfly fluttered then hovered close by
and a smile was on her face as she saw I had started to cry.
“Don’t be sad” she said as she landed on my hand.
“Let me explain and I hope you’ll understand .”
“I didn’t always have my wings with their colours on show.”
“It took quite a while as from an egg I started to grow.”
“I didn’t start out this way I was a caterpillar first.”
“I saw the others grow quicker than me and felt I was the worst.”
“I couldn’t fly like them
and my colours weren’t bright.”
“But another butterfly saw me and told me id be alright.”
“It just takes time.” the butterfly said
I dried my tears and nodded my head
“what if I don’t make it?”
“what if my colours aren’t bright?”
“What if I loose when fighting this fight.”
The butterfly hovered again then landed once more
“I get that it’s hard when we don’t know whats in store.”
“But remember we’re all growing, this isn’t a race.”
“you will get through this, just go at your own pace.
“things might be hard but don’t give up
I was once a caterpillar who felt completely stuck.”
“I couldn’t fly and had to crawl on the floor.”
“And I questioned if I would make it because I was so unsure.”
But I gathered all my resources and found a safe place
I built a cocoon around myself which became a saving grace
And it still took time but one day I knew
All the things the others achieved I could do it too
My cocoon was the support
That I needed to grow
thats when I realised my colours started to show
You will get there you just need to reach out
give it time and you’ll see without a doubt
That you may feel you’re a caterpillar but just give it a try
And soon you will be a beautiful butterfly

Amazing achievements everyone so proud of u all its so important to take some time for yourself especially during this busy period with exams coming up Its always a nice opportunity to reflect on the month past so thank u as always @kaii for creating this as always

Doing some yoga and mindfulness classes online with 360 MBS would highly recommend their something amazing about doing a class with 80 people on zoom!
Writing a lot of poetry and submitting it into some comps
Doing some volunteering and youth voice work as always hehe
Take care all and big hugs for the month of may ahead i know its not always a easy one

Re: April achievements, with a theme of self-care!
Well one thing for definite was I wanted to cook more and overall be a bit more healthy so I'm definitely proud of that, I got in the process of ordering takeaways for easy of access but I've been making more things like tacos and katsu curry and and proper ramen are among my faves
Plus I'm getting in my huel daily greens and vitamins which is a feel good boost!
I've kept up the routine of going out every day from last month which is a big positive as I can struggle to keep routines going.
I've been doing my DBT therapy a few evenings a week too, and keeping up with my self care such as taking nice baths, doing my skincare, and meditation etc which I always love doing
Plus I'm getting in my huel daily greens and vitamins which is a feel good boost!
